10th Circuit Upholds $15.2M Award To Couple, Finds Evidence About Driver Relevant
DENVER - The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Aug. 10 affirmed a $15,275,000 award to the plaintiffs in a trucking accident action, finding no errors in several rulings by the trial court judge (Terry L. Massachusetts Panel Overturns Decision For Woman Who Allegedly Caused Car Crash
BOSTON - A panel of Massachusetts Appeals Court justices on Aug. 12 reversed a judgment for the defendant in an auto accident case, concluding that it was an error for the trial court to allow a police officer to testify about the condition of the plaintiff's tires (Wyatt Peterson v.
